biggest loser week

I took ”before” pictures in a bikini I wore my senior year… EeeeeK! I definately won’t  be posting these pictures as a public service but will be using them for a self motivation tool. My first weight watcher meeting is on monday and I’m UBER excited. I know my measurements will be a tool as well during my journey.

I printed a bunch of recipes online last night, organized my recipe box and made a shopping list of a week of creative eating. I think a lot of attempts I’ve made at weight loss have derailed when getting bored with my food.

I made the Spinach, carmelized onion and tomato quiche. The portion was sizeable and it was very filling (and only 6 points!). I froze some and reheated a peice for breakfast! YUMM!

6 days on board and I’ve lost 5 lbs… I think it’s going to be a biggest loser week if I can behave myself tonite while out and about. Rephrase - I will behave myself while out and about tonite.
